A very spacious and comfortable multi-storied old age residential centre was created by designing hotel like layout for each room with all the amenities making the rooms very functional and comfortable. There was provisions of connecting two rooms together. Each room was provided with a balcony to enjoy fresh air and natural light.
All other facilities like 24/7 medical assistance, cafeteria, gym, indoor sports, multipurpose hall, and small office spaces were also provided.
